Stable special appliance for mixing substances in sedimentation bottles, mixing cylinders and other vessels. Especially suitable for processing soil samples in plastic wide-necked bottles with a nominal volume of 2000 ml according to DIN 38414, Part 4, for water, waste water and sludge examinations.

Control panel: clearly arranged, includes the main switch and a turning knob for direct setting of the rotation speed, a display for the rotation speed and a stop lever for the rotating rack. The stop lever guarantees easy handling of the bottles.

Drive: by a DC geared motor, protected against overload. The motor disposes of an electronical speed control and can be set directly. The unit is service-friendly and guarantees reliable continuous operation.

Rotating rack: mounted on ball bearings on both sides, belt-driven with a sliding hub. It has four levels with three clamps each and accepts a maximum of twelve bottles or vessels with a diameter of up to 110 mm (round or angular) and a height of max 270 mm. An even load distribution on all four levels must be guaranteed. The clamping device for safe fixing of the bottles is made of stainless steel.

Housing: made of electrolytically galvanised sheet steel, powder-coated.

The GFL Rotating Shaker is maintenance-free and has the CE mark.
